Job summary

Pickle is hiring an Influencer Sales & Relationships Associate to scale influencer outreach, onboarding and engagement as we expand across cities nationwide. This role sits at the center of Pickle's growth engine—owning influencer outreach, onboarding, activation, and retention with scalable systems and playbooks.

You will work directly with trendsetting creators across the country, focusing on outbound outreach, calls, and relationship management to drive measurable marketplace activity and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, sales, or related roles.
• Experience managing high volumes of outreach and creator relationships.
• Strong communication skills across email, DMs, and phone.
• Customer-first mindset with ownership of outcomes.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own influencer onboarding from outreach to activation and first rentals.
• Track KPIs like calls booked, activation rate, and signups.
• Build scalable playbooks to grow thousands of creators nationwide.
• Manage creator programs across nano to macro influencers.
• Support events and IRL partnerships to deepen relationships.
