Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required.
• 0–3 years of experience in social media content or internships, ideally in consumer/sporting goods.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Experience using influencer discovery or CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify influencers and content creators aligned with Franklin brand.
• Build a pipeline of micro to top-tier creators for partnerships.
• Coordinate product seeding and manage influencer relationships.
• Help grow community across social media channels.
• Track influencer performance and campaign outcomes; report results.
