Pickle, a NYC-based peer-to-peer rental platform, is hiring an Influencer Sales & Relationships Associate. The role focuses on influencer outreach, onboarding calls, activation, and retention as we expand across cities nationwide.

You will build scalable systems, manage creator programs and drive targeted engagement to grow the marketplace. This highly relational, sales-driven role rewards outcomes with commission and explores new creator relationships while supporting IRL events and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, sales, relationship-management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing high volumes of outreach, relationships, or customer interactions at scale.
• Excellent communicator across email, DMs, and phone.
• Familiarity with influencer landscape and data-driven outreach is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own influencer onboarding from outreach to activation: DMs, calls, closet setup, initial rentals, activation strategy.
• Track core KPIs: calls booked, activation rate, content output, referrals and signups.
• Build scalable systems and playbooks to grow the creator network nationwide.
• Manage programs across nano to macro influencers, driving engagement and marketplace activity.
