Job summary

Pickle is seeking part-time Growth Fellows, Campus Growth Fellows, and Brand Ambassadors to help launch Pickle in cities across the United States. This paid fellowship offers flexible hours and real startup ownership with direct access to the Pickle team to build community and drive early adoption.

You’ll organize meetups, activations, and word-of-mouth campaigns, receiving Pickle credits, referral cash, and performance bonuses.

• Resourceful self-starters with strong hustle and follow-through.
• Well-connected in your community, campus, or city and enjoy bringing people together.
• Great taste and cultural intuition—you know what’s trending and what people are excited about.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both online and IRL.
• Are organized, proactive, and able to move quickly.
• Are excited about Pickle and genuinely want to help grow what we’re building.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Pickle to your world—group chats, clubs, communities, workplaces, social circles (think hosting a styling session, founder talk, or Pickle lookbook).
• Activate around key moments—date parties, trips, formals, weddings, galas.
• Drive downloads and first rentals through word-of-mouth and social.
• Plan and host IRL activations (pop-ups, events, tabling, etc.).
• Be our eyes + ears—share feedback, trends, and what’s happening in your community.
