Job summary

Extra Mile E-Commerce seeks a Head of Influencer to build and lead our creator and athlete army, designing and executing partnerships that drive sales. You will identify creators, negotiate deals, and scale programs across our HyperJam NIL athlete initiative.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and own end-to-end influencer strategy, gifting, affiliate relationships, content usage rights, and ROI tracking. This role is on-site at our Elkhorn, NE headquarters.

Qualifications

• Have 3+ years running influencer or creator programs for a consumer brand.
• Have a network of creators and know how to find more.
• Negotiate fair deals and manage many relationships at once.
• Measure results in sales, not just views.
• Are organized, persistent and great at follow up.

Responsibilities

• Creator strategy across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Sourcing, outreach, negotiation and contracts.
• Gifting, affiliate and paid partnership programs.
• The HyperJam NIL athlete affiliate program.
• Whitelisting and usage rights so creator content can run as ads.
• Tracking sales, content output and ROI by creator.
