Job summary

Extra Mile E-Commerce, based in Elkhorn, Nebraska, seeks a Head of Marketing to own growth across 50+ sports and play brands. You will build the growth engine—creators, affiliates, Meta ads and creative—and lead the teams that run it, reporting to the CEO.

You will own the marketing strategy, annual plan, and budget for all brands, and drive profitable revenue growth through a data-driven approach. This is an on-site role at our NE headquarters.

Qualifications

• Have 7+ years in ecommerce or DTC marketing, with 3+ leading a team.
• Have built or scaled an influencer or affiliate program that drove real revenue.
• Have run Meta ads at high spend levels (e.g., $100K+ per month) and know what great creative looks like.
• Have owned a marketing budget of $2M+ and can show the results.
• Read a P&L and make margin-based decisions, not vanity metrics.
• Want pay tied to what you build.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy, annual plan and budget across all brands.
• Lead the creator, influencer and affiliate program: recruiting, commission structure, tracking and payouts.
• Direct Meta ads strategy and results, including account structure, testing and scaling.
• Oversee the creative engine: briefs, production, creator content, and a weekly test cadence.
• Manage Email, SMS and organic social to turn new customers into repeat buyers.
• Set blended ROAS, MER, CAC and contribution margin targets.
• Hire and lead our Head of Growth, Head of Meta and Head of Influencer.
• Provide a weekly scorecard the leadership team can trust.
