Job summary

Lands' End, Inc. in New York is seeking an Influencer & Collaborations Manager to own and operate influencer programs, sourcing talent, negotiating contracts, and managing content from brief to publication.

You will lead the tiered creator model and annual calendar, partnering with PR, Social, Marketing, Merchandising, Legal, and external agencies to drive creator presence across audiences. Hybrid role: three weeks onsite per month at our New York Office; 5+ years in related marketing; salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand partnerships.
• Experience negotiating influencer or partnership agreements.
• Strong understanding of creator marketing, social platforms, and trends.
• Experience with influencer platforms and creator management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in apparel/retail or lifestyle brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute influencer and creator programs from talent sourcing and contracting through content launch and reporting.
• Manage a tiered creator network including affiliate, gifting, and seeding programs.
• Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts, and coordinate deliverables with creators, talent reps, agencies, and internal partners.
• Develop creative briefs that align creator content with brand and seasonal priorities.
• Support the planning and execution of brand collaborations and partnership opportunities.
• Track program performance, manage budgets, and provide recommendations based on results.
• Partner across marketing, merchandising, creative, and legal teams to ensure successful program execution and compliance with brand and FTC guidelines.
