Job summary

Pickle is seeking an Influencer Sales & Relationships Associate in NYC to scale influencer outreach, onboarding and engagement as we expand across markets nationwide.

You’ll own outreach, onboarding calls, relationship management and activation strategy, with compensation tied to landing new creator relationships and growing the value of existing creators. This role is highly outbound and relationship-driven, with travel and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, sales, relationship-management or customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience building creator programs that scale (thousands of creators, hundreds of interactions/month).
• Excellent communicator — friendly, clear, persuasive and collaborative.
• Highly organized with diligent follow-up and deadlines.
• Customer-first mindset with collaborative approach.
• Energized by fast-paced environments and multiple moving pieces.
• Motivated by a performance-based comp structure and adaptable playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own influencer onboarding from outreach to activation: DMs, onboarding calls, closet setup, 1st rentals, activation strategy.
• Track and optimize KPIs including calls booked, activation rate, content output, and signups.
• Build scalable systems and playbooks to grow Pickle’s creator base nationwide.
• Manage and scale creator programs across nano, micro, and macro influencers.
