Goodwin Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly growing lifestyle and media brand to recruit an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager. This role focuses on turning editorial content and creator influence into measurable revenue through strategic affiliate partnerships.

You will own the affiliate commerce strategy, grow revenue, negotiate partnerships, and work cross-functionally to integrate affiliate initiatives with broader marketing and content efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of affiliate marketing, affiliate commerce, performance marketing, or partnerships.
• Experience with affiliate networks and platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten or similar.
• Proven ability to grow affiliate revenue for consumer brands, publishers, or media companies.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven optimization and reporting.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the affiliate commerce strategy across digital platforms.
• Identify new affiliate opportunities and cultivate relationships with networks and partners.
• Analyze performance data to optimize revenue and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with content, social, partnerships, and brand teams on commerce-first campaigns.
• Stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends and platform updates.
• Develop scalable processes to support growth of affiliate programs.
