Job summary

Influencer in New York is seeking an Affiliate Creator Community Manager (North America) to grow a cross-platform creator ecosystem. You will recruit, activate and manage hundreds of creators across affiliate networks and social commerce channels, driving engagement and measurable performance for client campaigns.

You’ll design education, incentives and structured communications to reflect a diverse audience while scaling the program in a fast-growing Commerce division.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or creator community management.
• Strong understanding of affiliate and shoppable content and conversion.
• Ability to drive measurable increases in creator output and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and scale a high-quality community of affiliate creators across multiple brand portfolios.
• Manage and activate hundreds of creators at scale through structured community levers.
• Design scalable community infrastructure including channels, briefs, education, and incentives.
• Drive content across networks: TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta Commerce, livestreams.
• Coach creators on best practices to ensure conversion-focused content.
• Monitor engagement and performance, addressing gaps proactively.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Creative Operations and Growth to align activation with objectives.
• Contribute to playbooks and scalable activation frameworks.
