Job summary

Endeavor Air, a Delta Air Lines subsidiary, seeks an Inflight Services Crew Manager to lead Flight Attendants at the base, ensuring safety, compliance and excellent customer service. You will influence employee culture and coordinate with Base Managers to maintain high performance and smooth operations.

The role requires supervising crew, managing investigations, and supporting day-to-day crew needs, with flexibility for off-hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and related experience.
• 2 years of experience providing work direction in a leadership/supervisory role.
• 3 years of experience in airline operations, in‑flight, flight operations or similar field preferred.
• Ability to achieve Flight Attendant qualification and certification upon request.
• Reliable and self-motivated; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide local base and concourse leadership to Flight Attendants.
• Maintain knowledge of Company Policy, Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), FAA Regulations, and CBAs.
• Strategize and track team operational performance metrics with regard to dependability, work performance, attendance, delays, and customer service scores.
• Ensure Flight Attendants report operational situations and events accurately and timely.
• Evaluate Flight Attendant on-board performance for regulatory compliance and customer service satisfaction.
• Support Flight Attendants and provide resources for day-to-day requests (uniforms, payroll, EDV Intranet, SkyPros, leaves).
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities on a rotating basis; 24/7 availability while on duty.
• Facilitate drug/alcohol testing with Base Managers and administrative staff.
• Participate in investigations and interviews as needed; provide input during outcomes discussions.
• Provide guidance for probationary Flight Attendants and follow probationary requirements.
