Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a capable leader to oversee the inflight base operations, including regulatory and customer experience policy compliance, and to guide Inflight Base Supervisors and Flight Attendants in delivering Frontier’s mission to Make Every Flight Count.

You will develop teams, coach frontline staff, and ensure adherence to department policies while coordinating with regional and HR teams to support a safe, on-time operation across 700+ crew members.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role supervising frontline crew in airline operations.
• Must maintain currency as Frontier Airlines Flight Attendant.
• Ability to work with union representatives and handle grievances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew base operations including inflight operations, on-time performance, and crew engagement.
• Develop the Inflight Base Supervisory team through coaching and mentorship.
• Evaluate frontline crewmember performance per policies and safety standards.
• Anticipate department needs and respond to staffing and operational requirements.
• Hire and mentor Inflight base leadership staff and flight attendants.
