Job summary

Frontier Airlines seeks a skilled leader to drive base operations for inflight services, ensuring regulatory and customer-experience compliance. You will mentor Inflight Supervisors and Flight Attendants to uphold Frontier’s mission and standards.

Required are 3+ years in airline leadership, prior Flight Attendant experience, and proficiency with CrewTrac and MS Office. Expect collaboration with regional and HR teams and ongoing performance coaching.

Qualifications

• High School Education or Equivalent required or at least equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a leadership role supervising frontline team members in airline ops.
• Must have previous Flight Attendant experience and stay current as a Frontier Flight Attendant.
• Experience with union reps and grievance hearings preferred.
• Proficiency in CrewTrac and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Inflight base operations, regulatory and customer experience policy compliance.
• Coach and develop Inflight Base Supervisors and Flight Attendants.
• Evaluate frontline crewmember performance per policies and standards.
• Develop initiatives to meet or beat performance metrics.
• Hire, develop and mentor Inflight base leadership and crew.
• Represent Inflight Operations with local airport service leaders.
• Educate, train and enforce department policies and procedures.
• Coach direct reports to ensure company standards are met.
