Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in a customer service environment.
• Able to manage time and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in project management and coordinating teams.
• Able to read and present business documents and reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, leadership support and mentoring to Customer Service Representatives.
• Lead by example and ensure compliance with internal rules and client procedures to guarantee safety.
• Schedule and manage time for CSRs/Concierges, including vacation and overtime within budget.
• Attract and retain new customers through proactive engagement.
• Deliver high-level customer service per Skyservice philosophy.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures with ground support and management.
• Maintain front desk organization, security passes and ramp monitoring.
• Handle billing data accurately and respond to inquiries from customers.
