Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking an Infl ight Base Supervisor to oversee Flight Attendant operations at the Las Vegas base. The role includes regulatory compliance, scheduling oversight, and acting as a center for communications with Catering and POS teams.

The position requires a college degree or equivalent experience, Flight Attendant qualification, and preferably prior inflight or airline experience. The base may involve travel and 24/7 on-call duties.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Must be able to qualify as a Flight Attendant and maintain currency of qualifications.
• Current Inflight or airline experience preferred.
• Knowledge of human resource management, Crew Scheduling and working with collective bargaining agreements desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of all phases of Flight Attendant operations at base.
• Analyze and evaluate FA base operating performance and correct or recommend actions.
• Be available for 24/7 on-call duty phone.
• Manage Crew Scheduling and FA scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate DOT drug and alcohol testing and notifications.
• Administer all performance and attendance reporting and corrective action.
