Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking an Inflight Base Supervisor to oversee Flight Attendant operations at the Las Vegas base, coordinating training, compliance, scheduling, and base services.

The role requires currency as a Flight Attendant and may involve 24/7 on-call duties, travel, and direct interaction with catering and POS teams. Candidates should have a college degree or equivalent experience, airline familiarity, and knowledge of CBAs.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Must be able to qualify as a Flight Attendant and maintain currency.
• Current Inflight or airline experience preferred.
• Knowledge of human resource management, Crew Scheduling and working with collective bargaining agreements desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of all phases of Flight Attendant operations at base.
• Analyze and evaluate FA base operating performance.
• Manage Crew Scheduling and scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate DOT drug and alcohol testing and notifications.
• Onsite Inflight emergency response representative for base and area operations.
