Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or office experience.
• Pre-employment math assessments must be completed successfully.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and notify Inflight Crewmembers per FARs, policies and CBA.
• Monitor crew schedules for irregularities and adjust as needed.
• Process schedule adjustments using automated programs.
• Arrange hotel/transportation for crewmembers when required.
• Assist with research, data analysis and departmental programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Crew Services and System Operations.
