Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign crew members to aircraft and establish pairings based on qualifications and operational needs.
• Manage crew duty start/stop times, rests, and FAA compliance; ensure proper release.
• Coordinate travel for crew members related to duty assignments and input scheduling data.
• Communicate schedule changes, weather impacts, and crew legality issues to flight crews in real time.
• Track crewing metrics and support operational performance standards.
