• Coordinate and manage urgent orders for dynamic testing and referrals, including patient prep.
• Follow up with patients on testing and procedure results in coordination with providers.
• Provide clinical support, counseling, and education; alert provider to urgent situations.
• Prepare clinic prep notes and reconcile records for visits.
