Confident Search Consultants in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease Physician for our outpatient clinic. You’ll join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality care to the local community.

The role requires MD/DO with active license, no nights or weekends, and the ability to see 14–18 patients per day. Competitive compensation includes base salary, sign-on bonus, annual bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• No nights or weekends required.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E/M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
• Review consultant reports, imaging, and lab results.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails/emails daily.
• Support patient retention with retention summaries.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs).
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• 4 hours of protected administrative time per week.
