Your Talent Team is seeking a Physician (Infectious Disease, Family Practice, Internal Medicine) for our outpatient Wellness Clinic in St. Augustine, FL. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to serving the local community in an on-site setting.

You’ll provide comprehensive care with a focus on productivity, long‑term patient relationships, and collaboration with a full staff. This role emphasizes outpatient care without night shifts or weekend duties, with competitive salary and bonus

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Document on the visit the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E&M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff for urgent care/walk-ins.
• Review consultant reports, imaging, and lab results promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails/emails daily.
• Support patient retention with retention summaries.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) including chart reviews or audits.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Full-time physicians receive 4 hours of protected administrative time per week.
