Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Family Practice/Internal Medicine or Infectious Disease physician for an outpatient facility in Saint Augustine, FL. Join a mission-driven team providing care to the local community.

The role requires an MD or DO with active licensure, DEA and Furnishing credentials, and outpatient experience. You will treat up to 14–18 patients daily in a supported setting, with no night shifts and potential for bonuses and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient well-being.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet benchmarks.
• Complete same-day or 72-hour documentation with accurate billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
• Review consultant reports, imaging, and labs promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails and emails daily.
• Support patient retention efforts.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs/NPs).
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Receive 4 hours of protected administrative time weekly.
