Talent With Heart is seeking a Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease Physician for our outpatient facility in Saint Augustine, FL. This on-site, direct-hire role focuses on outpatient care with no night or weekend shifts.

You will join a mission-driven team, manage 14–18 patients per day, provide comprehensive care, document promptly, and collaborate with the care team. Board-certified MD/DO with active license and DEA is required; relocation bonus may be offered;competitive

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO with an active, state-appropriate medical license.
• Must have valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Must have active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete documentation the same day of the visit, or within 72 hours, including accurate E&M billing codes.
• Deliver primary care services for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff to manage urgent care and walk-in patients.
• Review consultant reports, imaging, and lab results promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails/emails daily.
• Support patient retention efforts.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs).
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Full-time physicians receive 4 hours of protected administrative time per week.
