Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician to serve as Medical Director at our Arlington, TX outpatient facility.

The role requires leadership of clinical teams, outpatient care, and strong patient-management skills in a mission-driven clinic. The physician will provide primary care services in an outpatient setting, manage 14–18 patients daily, and supervise PAs/NPs, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO with an active, state-appropriate medical license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Must have active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Supervise mid-level providers and review audits as required.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Complete same-day or 72-hour documentation with accurate E&M billing.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and maintain productivity.
