Top Echelon Software, LLC in Arlington, TX, seeks an Infectious Disease physician to serve as Medical Director in an outpatient setting. The role emphasizes high-quality care, productivity, and teamwork with front desk and nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO license, state license active, with DEA and Furnishing licenses. Outpatient experience and 14–18 patients per day are expected. This is an on-site, direct-hire position with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with active medical license in the applicable state.
• Board certification in Infectious Disease preferred.
• Active DEA registration and Furnishing license required.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet targets.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with accurate billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff.
• Review tests, imaging, and lab results promptly.
• Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
• Monitor voicemails and emails daily.
• Support patient retention initiatives and retention summaries.
• Supervise mid-level providers as required.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage.
