Responsibilities

• Performs Scheduling or Registration to coordinate care and communicate with patients and physicians/offices to obtain information necessary to schedule and/or register patients.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer patient questions and resolve issues.
• Collect copays, standard deposits and deductibles.
• Schedule physician-ordered tests in accordance with department guidelines and ensure medical necessity.
