Job summary

Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center is seeking an experienced Infection Preventionist RN to lead the IPC program across all clinic sites in California. You will develop policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• California RN license with active status and no encumbrance.
• Minimum 1 year of direct infection prevention and control work in a healthcare setting.
• BLS certification; driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infection Prevention and Control program across all clinic sites.
• Develop and maintain IPC policies, risk assessments, and training programs.
• Monitor infection surveillance, hand hygiene, PPE use, and environmental cleaning.
• Coordinate outbreak response and regulatory inspections; report findings.
