Job summary

Rancho Seco Care Center in California seeks a Certified Infection Preventionist to join the nursing management team. Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience supervising staff and applying teaching principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service education programs facility-wide.
• Lead staff training, education, in-service, and orientation efforts.
• Maintain training records and ensure OSHA/CDC training participation.
• Serve as a nursing management resource on an interdisciplinary team.
