Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a qualified Infection Preventionist (IP) to manage the nursing center's Infection Prevention and Control Program across multiple locations.

The IP will educate staff, support new hire onboarding, and drive outbreak management alongside employee health initiatives. Ideal candidates have RN licensure in NJ, specialized IPC training within 90 days, and at least three years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
• Specialized training in infection prevention and control within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of three years full-time nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infection Prevention and Control Program across locations.
• Provide infection prevention training for new hires.
• Develop and monitor IPCP to ensure quality of care and infection control.
