Full Time, Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
This position is responsible for maintaining clinical competency by applying integrated nursing knowledge and skills, demonstrating leadership and communication skills. The role requires organizational ability to manage workflow and maintain IPC practices in the center. The incumbent must integrate current standards of practice along with local, state, and federal regulations related to IPC practices, and engage in continuous quality improvement and problem-solving.
Graduate from an accredited nursing school with a current, unencumbered license to practice in the state. Obtain IPC certification within six months of employment.
2-5 years of experience as an LPN or RN required. Infection control and/or risk management experience preferred.
Our campus hosts a 166-bed post-acute skilled nursing center, providing care for individuals post-stroke, joint replacement, cardiac procedures, or serious illnesses.
