Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field required.
• CIC certification required.
• Minimum ten years of healthcare experience.
• Experience leading infection prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s infection prevention program and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor infection prevention strategies and outcomes.
• Oversee NHSN reporting and CMS/HSCRC initiatives.
• Provide leadership to hiring and training of Infection Preventionists.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure accreditation and outbreak response.
