Job summary

This role requires a CIC, a Master’s degree, Maryland RN licensure (or Medical Technologist), and at least six years in infection prevention with two years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and CIC certification are required.
• Current Maryland licensure for RN or Medical Technologist is required.
• Experience leading infection prevention programs in a large healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and continuous improvement of infection prevention programs across campuses.
• Lead and develop Infection Prevention staff and establish strategic goals.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance with CDC, CMS, TJC, and state requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to integrate infection prevention into workflows.
