Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct onboarding programs for all staff.
• Design, schedule, and deliver mandatory education for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Maintain training records and coordinate competency check-offs for state/federal compliance.
• Create and manage an infection control program and conduct audits.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on quality care and improvement initiatives.
