Job summary

Celebree School is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to nurture early development in a caring, enriching environment aligned with Celebree’s vision and values.

You will support infants and toddlers with developmentally appropriate experiences and help guide classroom Aides as they begin their journey in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside infants, offering guidance and support as they develop.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming, friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and inviting to foster curiosity.
• Accurately complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance.

• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
