Celebree School is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, structured setting. You will weave Celebree's vision into daily activities, guiding infants and toddlers with compassionate support and developmentally appropriate experiences.

You will help mentor classroom Aides, ensure compliance with regulations, and create a safe, engaging environment while delivering timely lesson plans and documentation for transparency.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Strong knowledge of child development and licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Guide and support infants and toddlers through daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards.
• Create a welcoming, safe classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Plan developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Celebree's curriculum.
• Maintain neat, accurate paperwork, records, and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.
