As an Infant/Toddler Teacher at Celebree School™ you’ll shape the earliest stages of development, creating a nurturing and enriching environment that fosters growth and exploration. You’ll weave Celebree’s values into every moment with infants and toddlers.

You’ll guide classroom Aides on their journey into early childhood education, while delivering developmentally appropriate experiences, strong safety, and loving supervision to every child.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher requirements approved by the state
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages and childcare licensing
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills; patient and flexible

Responsibilities

• Navigate day’s activities with infants, guiding their first steps
• Manage the Infant classroom in compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents and visitors
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean and inviting to foster curiosity
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.
