Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s permit required within one month of hire.
• Experience supporting toddlers with diverse needs encouraged.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred to support families.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for toddlers.
• Plan and implement activities promoting physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language development.
• Tailor activities for children with special needs and diverse backgrounds.
• Foster a warm, respectful classroom culture that supports autonomy and exploration.
• Engage families through home visits and parent–teacher conferences.
• Ensure supervision, safety, and health policy compliance at all times.
• Supervise and collaborate with other teachers to maintain a nurturing environment.
• Promote learning through nature-based and culturally responsive curriculum.
