Job summary

The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking a compassionate Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role supports young learners during pivotal developmental years through responsive caregiving, play-based learning, and meaningful interactions in a nurturing classroom.

You will create a safe, engaging environment where children build confidence and reach important milestones each day, while partnering closely with families and fellow educators.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
• Previous infant or toddler classroom experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants and toddlers.
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and self-emotional development.
• Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership.
• Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards.

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking a compassionate Infant / Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
