Job summary

The Learning Experience in Natick, MA seeks an Infant Teacher (EEC Certified) to support babies through responsive caregiving and developmentally appropriate activities. You will join a warm, nurturing classroom where infants feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore, while collaborating with families and fellow teachers to monitor progress and daily routines.

Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler certification is required; prior infant classroom experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Certification required.
• Previous infant classroom experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care for infants through feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
• Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
• Foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and developmental updates
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards

Infant Teacher - Nurture Early Development

The Learning Experience - Natick is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys supporting children's earliest milestones while creating a warm, nurturing classroom where infants feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore.

Using responsive caregiving and developmentally appropriate learning experiences, you'll help build the foundation for lifelong learning.

What You'll Do
