The Learning Experience – Milford, MA, is seeking an EEC Certified Toddler Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging classroom where toddlers can explore, communicate, develop independence, and learn important early social skills.

We value patience, reliability, and teamwork. The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with a competitive hourly pay of $20–$21.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
• Previous Toddler classroom experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Patient, energetic, nurturing, and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily Toddler classroom routines.
• Create developmentally appropriate learning and play experiences.
• Encourage early language, communication, independence, and social-emotional development.
• Guide children through meals, diapering/toileting readiness, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions.
• Use positive guidance to support emerging social skills and classroom behaviors.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, clean, and engaging classroom.
• Observe children's development and communicate regularly with families.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
