Job summary

The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role focuses on helping young children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through engaging, play-based learning experiences.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with a $22–$23 per hour pay range and benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
• Previous toddler classroom experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging daily activities using The Learning Experience's curriculum.
• Foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Guide toddlers through daily routines including meals, outdoor play, and transitions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership.
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.

• Foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
• Guide toddlers through daily routines including meals, outdoor play, and transitions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
