The Learning Experience Foxboro is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support early language, independence, and social-emotional development in a structured classroom setting.

You will use the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, maintain routines, and collaborate with families while adhering to Massachusetts EEC requirements. Competitive pay, full-time Monday–Friday, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
• Previous toddler, daycare, preschool, or childcare experience preferred
• Strong understanding of toddler development
• Patient, dependable, energetic, and nurturing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must meet applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging Toddler classroom
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Plan developmentally appropriate hands-on learning experiences
• Encourage language, movement, independence, and social-emotional development
• Support meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
• Maintain consistent routines and positive classroom guidance
• Observe children's development and support individual milestones
• Communicate regularly with families
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
• Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies

Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is hiring Toddler Teachers to join our early childhood education team.

Toddlers are busy building language, independence, friendships, and confidence every day. We're looking for qualified educators who can channel that energy and curiosity into meaningful learning experiences in a warm, structured classroom.
