Job summary

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking an Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role you will provide loving, responsive care for babies, support daily routines, and plan age-appropriate sensory activities to foster safe exploration.

You should hold Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification, have strong communication and teamwork skills, and be committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
• Previous infant classroom experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of infant development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide loving, attentive care for infants in a safe and engaging classroom.
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized care.
• Plan age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities.
• Encourage language, motor, cognitive, and social‑emotional development.
• Maintain open communication with families regarding each child's progress.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership.
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.

Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA

Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is looking for a compassionate Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
