Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to set goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environments (home, daycare, community).
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
