Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists to provide home-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers across California.

You will conduct developmental assessments and deliver speech therapy within IFSP guidelines, partnering with families to achieve developmental goals. The role offers flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, a tech stipend, and possible benefits for part-time staff while supporting a family-centered coaching approach in diverse community

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).
• Spanish bilingualism a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech services using family coaching.
• Follow IFSPs and help families develop strategies to reach goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child's natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
