Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver early intervention services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings. The role emphasizes family coaching and development goals aligned with IFSPs, in a flexible setting across California.

Candidates must hold a California OT license with pediatric EI experience preferred. Spanish language ability is a plus, and a supportive team environment is offered along with mileage reimbursement and a tech stipend.

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and OT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and work with families to set development goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (home or community).
• Prepare progress reports bi-annually and maintain confidentiality.
