Job summary

Celebree School™ is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape the earliest development stages in our Ashburn, VA locations. You will weave Celebree’s vision, mission, and values into daily activities, providing nurturing and developmentally appropriate experiences for infants and toddlers.

You will also guide classroom Aides in their early childhood education journey with confidence and compassion. The role involves planning age-appropriate lessons, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment,

Qualifications

Must meet lead teacher requirements as approved by the state governing agency.
Knowledge of child development stages and childcare licensing requirements.
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Navigate daily activities with our 2 year olds, providing gentle guidance.
Manage the Infant classroom in compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards.
Create a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
Develop and implement thorough, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree's infant curriculum.
Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting space to support curiosity and learning.
Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
