Celebree School - Home Office is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape development in a nurturing setting in Maryland. You will weave Celebree's vision and values into daily activities and support aides in their journey into early childhood education.

You will manage infant classrooms, plan age-appropriate lessons, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors, with attention to paperwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
