Job summary

Celebree School in Ashburn, VA is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to guide the earliest development of our 2-year-olds in a nurturing, age-appropriate setting. You will help weave Celebree's vision and values into daily activities and support classroom Aides entering early childhood education with confidence and care.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills, patience, flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our 2 year old, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
