Celebree School™ of Ashburn Farm is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to help shape early development and ensure alignment with Celebree’s vision, mission, and values. The role supports classroom aides and fosters a nurturing, age-appropriate learning environment.

The position emphasizes knowledge of child development, licensing requirements, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage a busy infant classroom.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
